Single provider consultant for the successful creation of a new medical department of a corrections facility involving policy and procedure development for over 200 medical staff, 6 bed infirmary including acute BH unit, 2 maximum security units and primary care services including nursing protocols. Did adapt quickly and satisfactorily to abrupt mission change from housing facility to intake facility and developed all new procedures and policies for this facility.
