• Understands and applies Pressure are care, Toileting and continence care, Including bed pans, Urinals, and catheter drainage as per the resident's care plan
• Assist residents with Personal hygiene, Positioning for meals and feeding, Supervision, Oral hygiene and denture care
• Hourly Wellness check
• Timely and correct documentation, including progress notes, continence, food and fluid charts, behaviour chart and pain chart
• Ensure that the resident's Bedroom, bathroom, lounge room and Kitchen are clean and tidy
