With over 12 years in the hospitality industry and a year of experience in residential, domestic, BOND & Airbnb cleaning, I have built a strong record of operational excellence. My career began as dish-hand, working my way up quickly to 2IC & Shift Supervisor at Sunshine Coast Council Sports Stadium, where I played a vital role in the growth of the Food & Beverage operations sector, training & managing teams ranging from 2 to 150 staff at any one time for large events, concerts, and sell out televised NRL gameday events. With a strong hands on approach I am well-versed in barista and catering services with a strong focus on dietary and large/bulk requirements, have extensive food prep & line cook experience, event logistics with set up & pack downs, and thrive in both customer-facing and back-of-house roles.
Most recently, as a Shift Supervisor with Cater Care at Sunshine Coast Airport, I managed multiple outlets within the food court including Swell Café, The Glasshouse Bar, Sumo Salad, Mad Mex, Sushi Sushi, Boost Juice & 2 x Coffee Pop up Shops (Timber & Tide & 4564 Espresso) I led staff training in safety protocols, and excelled in fast-paced, high-pressure, high-volume environments.
In addition, I have delivered high-quality commercial and residential cleans—including NDIS bond cleans and detailed Airbnb work—in partnership with Absolute Domestic, NDIS, and NEST Home Services.
My versatile background includes dishwashing (Still My favorite form of occupational therapy, ha ha), food prep, bartending, school tuck shop coordination, and meeting the diverse needs of general service roles. Adaptable and detail-oriented, I am recognized for my reliability, initiative, and strong work ethic across hospitality and cleaning sectors.
