- Responsible for all event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits.
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality.
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations.
- Manage all aspects of the event planning process, including collaboration with subcontractors, venue identification, menu development, printing and design of material and budget tracking.
- Continually coordinate media, website development and social media programs.
- Actively organise, prepare and conduct national media award campaigns.
- Support the tracking and identifying of funding opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing investors/donors and responded to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organisation.
