Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) Worker – Significant Disabilities at Life Without Barriers (2024-10 – Present)

• Deliver intensive 24/7 therapeutic care to children and young people with significant disabilities, developmental conditions, and complex trauma histories
• Apply CARE model principles to create predictable, relationship-based, and trauma-informed environments
• Utilise Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) techniques to safely manage and de-escalate behaviours of concern
• Implement behaviour support strategies aligned with individual behaviour support plans under clinical guidance
• Monitor, document, and analyse behavioural data to support assessment and ongoing intervention planning
