I have a diverse background in customer-facing roles, with experience as a Customer Service Assistant at a shopping mall, where I honed my ability to engage with customers, manage inquiries, and ensure positive shopping experiences. As a Service Receptionist and Appointment Staff, I developed strong organizational and communication skills, handling appointments, providing exceptional service, and assisting customers with their needs. Additionally, as an Automotive Sales Consultant, I successfully built rapport with clients, identified their needs, and delivered tailored product recommendations, consistently meeting sales targets.
These roles have equipped me with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and team collaboration, making me well-suited for a dynamic position at any retail companies.
I completed my Information Technology degree in the Philippines, where I gained a basic yet solid understanding of technical concepts and problem-solving skills. While my education was centered on IT, it also helped me develop important transferable skills such as attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication. Although my background is more technical, I’m eager to apply these skills in customer service and sales environments, and I’m excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.
