I have been in retail and customer care roles for over 13 years. My passion for helping others is what makes me love my roles. As well as my 9-5 jobs I enjoy writing - creative writing in particular and I am in the arts. I studied at Drama school for 3 years after completing an ND in Musical Theatre. Ideally, I aspire to work in a company where I can write and be around other creatives who do the same. That is where my ultimate passion lies, whether that be news, journalism, or the arts.
I've been in a lot of roles that have required me to work in a fast-paced environment. Over the years I have built up exceptional customer service skills and advanced my expertise.
I studied at Drama School for 3 years. This involved Theatre in Education, Community Theatre, Political Theatre, Directing, Creative writing, working behind and in front of the camera, and much more.
