• At Punthill I get guests’ pre-arrival details just after they book, by message on Booking.com & Expedia & by phone.
• At the front desk I organise rooms & parking for guests in RMS using the Booking Chart, by arrival & departure dates & lengths of stay, to maximise occupancy.
• At Punthill I take on ad-hoc tasks, from guest requests for their rooms to cleaning & inspecting rooms.

Circulation Marketing Intern - Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) Media - Singapore

• First point-of-contact for inbound calls, enquiries and complaints in English & Mandarin, across order-to-delivery cycle.
• Copywrote a Mother’s Day ad campaign for SPH.

• At SPH, delivery complaints from schools came to me first, & so did the follow-up with the deliverers.
• At SPH I packed, lifted & carried heavy stacks of publications.

Multi-Cam Studio Director; Writer-director; Camera Operator; VIP host & emcee - Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) - Singapore

• Multi-Cam Studio Director for live-audience productions at NYP– coordinated Control Room + Production Floor, called shots & kept crew/talent/timing on track, improvising shots & directions mid-broadcast.
• Wrote & directed my own documentary shorts at NYPTV, & produced a teammate’s; Camera Operator on another.
• Coordinating talent– the first job on set was setting talent at ease for promos and interviews.
• VIP host & emcee at NYP Open Days– guests-of-honour, industry guests & live-broadcast VIP audiences.
• For Multi-Cam productions I developed the camera shots, script & plan with the camera people & my studio panel.
