I’m reaching out to express my enthusiasm for this position. With my experience in fast-paced coffee environments and my love for creating great customer experiences, I really hope to join your team.

I started my journey as a barista at Maria Coffee in China, where I quickly learned about coffee making and assisting others efficiently. I enjoyed the challenge of keeping even the most demanding customers happy during the busiest time slots and public holidays. The boss, a very respectful and knowledgeable lady, taught me a lot about coffee-making techniques. We appreciate each other so much that we became friends and still keep in touch.

After moving to Sydney, I joined Lollipop’s Playland and Café in Parramatta. This role was a fantastic mix of responsibilities—from preparing food items and coffees to ensuring the café was always welcoming and tidy. I also operated the Spinning Tea Cups ride for our young customers. Seeing the children's faces light up with joy really made my day.

My volunteer work in the cat shelter has also been a valuable experience. This role allowed me to gain more knowledge about hygiene processes. Since the health conditions, habits, and characters of each cat vary, feeding them, keeping their environment clean, and ensuring they were happy and healthy taught me a lot about responsibility and care.
