Technology, product and AI executive with over 15 years in CXO and Director roles across fintech, health, education and other regulated sectors. Most recently Head of Product with CPO remit at Reckon (ASX: RKN), having retained CTO accountability for Cashflow Manager following its acquisition, with direct leadership of the Product, Enterprise Data and Reporting teams.

I led Reckon's AI transformation with AWS, introducing AI-PDLC, which cut end-to-end delivery from months to weeks, and established a Responsible and Secure AI Policy. Earlier, I conceived Embark™, a headless banking platform adopted by PayPal, NatWest and Santander, launched Noddle™ (now Credit Karma™ UK), and delivered the two largest contracts in EMIS history for the NHS.

Hands-on and technical, I have led teams from start-ups to portfolios of around 300 FTE, and am trusted by Boards and executives to align investment, governance and risk with commercial outcomes.

Head of Product – CPO Remit | CTO for CFM, Reckon (Dec 2024 – Present): product strategy and roadmap across the accounting, payroll, POS, web and mobile portfolio; AI-PDLC adoption with AWS; shared-data platform on Snowflake, Fabric and Power BI.

CTO, Cashflow Manager (Dec 2023 – Dec 2024): led ~45 FTE across technology, product, service and marketing through Reckon's acquisition; launched the okke mobile app; ~25% lower cost of acquisition.

CTO / SVP Information Technology, EduCo International Group (Jan 2021 – Dec 2023): executive board member; launched the Accelerate™ data and AI platform in under six months; 22% OPEX reduction.

Director of Information Service and Technologies, Australian Institute of Business (Apr 2017 – Jan 2021): led the move to Australia's #1 online MBA provider; 100% cloud migration in under six months; $1.3m recovered.

Head of IT, Development and Delivery, CallCredit / TransUnion UK (Jul 2010 – Oct 2013): launched Noddle™; KPIs and SLAs across 25+ concurrent projects.
