• Led procurement operations, efficiently managing consumables and infrastructure acquisitions to support seamless supply chain processes.
• Working closely with the operation team as well as participating in the SO&P meeting to plan the demand and execute the procurement on the SAP MM.
• Collaborated closely with the finance team to validate and compile billing invoices from various vendors, enhancing accuracy by utilizing the SAP FI date acting as the Australian counterpart of our finance department based overseas.
• Invited and participated in the testing and roll out implementation of new SAP SD for each customer.
• Also participated in the testing before rolling out and after roll out of SAP Fiori procurement system. Currently working closely with the IT and SAP to troubleshoot any issue with the Fiori system implementation.
