Logistics & Equipment Handling: Loading and unloading guest luggage from coaches, transporting gear for adventure tours e.g. camping gear, setting up tents, and preparing picnic or event sites.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Performing basic maintenance on vehicles or tour equipment, repairing or cleaning equipment (e.g. safari 4x4 jeeps, bikes, tents), and performing basic groundskeeping and conducting basic site inspections for safety at company-owned lodges or campsites.
General Operational Assistance: Assisting tour guides with, moving materials to/from storage areas, or helping at tourist sites moving supplies, managing stock, and performing routine, manual labor duties as required.
Guest Assistance: Acting as a valet runner or bell attendant to help passengers with their immediate physical needs during check-ins or transfers.
Administrative Support: Performing basic office duties such as filing reports or transporting physical files between departments
