Senior HSE Manager / Head of HSE with 18+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, EPC, Construction and hazardous industrial operations.
Extensive leadership experience in HSE management, industrial safety, occupational health, environmental protection, contractor management and operational risk control across major production and construction projects.
Professional background includes international and leading energy/mining companies and projects involving TITAN-2, Halliburton, LUKOIL, Rosneft, Zarubezhneft and Gazpromneft.
Experienced in developing and implementing HSE Management Systems, managing HSE teams, conducting audits and inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, PTW, LOTO, SIMOPS, HAZID/HAZOP, contractor HSE management and compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Strong practical background in oil & gas production, drilling and well operations, LNG/process facilities, hazardous production facilities, open-pit mining, heavy mining equipment and large-scale industrial construction.
Currently working on an international construction project in Egypt.
Open to international relocation, FIFO/rotation and remote-site assignments, including challenging locations.
18+ years of progressive HSE experience across Oil & Gas, Mining, Drilling, EPC, Construction and hazardous industrial facilities.
Experienced in managing personnel and contractor activities at large industrial sites, including mining operations with workforces of up to 400 people.
Bachelor's Degree in Oil and Gas Engineering — Ukhta State Technical University, 2025.
Higher Education in Environmental Management / Natural Resource Management — Pomor State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, 2007.
