I am a motivated and analytical researcher with over 6 years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. I am enrolled in a UX/UI professional certificate course and bring a strong foundation in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. My ability to translate research insights into actionable strategies makes me a strong candidate for any research-related role, where I can drive innovation and improve outcomes.
Currently, I am seeking contract or temporary work opportunities as I am enrolled in a UX/UI course and have taken a break from full-time professional life to focus on my studies. However, I am eager to stay engaged professionally and apply my skills while earning an income.
I have a diverse professional background spanning roles in both government and private sectors, with significant experience in research, project management, and clinical settings. As a UX Researcher at WorkSafe Victoria, I interpreted customer insights, created detailed journey maps, and managed pilots for testing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), contributing to enhanced user experiences and strategic alignment. In my role as a National Research Program Officer at the same organization, I fostered strategic research collaborations and managed high-impact projects that bolstered the organization’s partnership profile.
Previously, as a Senior Project Officer at the Department of Health, I optimized procurement operations through data analysis and contract negotiations, while also developing processes to manage surge workforce needs effectively. My experience also includes managing operations and achieving sales targets as an Assistant Branch Manager at City Mart Melbourne, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in clinical research as a Research Associate at Aga Khan University, where I supported the accuracy and compliance of clinical trial data.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Nurse Intern at Aga Khan University Hospital, where I developed care plans, administered medications, and provided patient education, further grounding my expertise in healthcare and research.
I hold a Master of Science in Public Health from Torrens University Australia, which provided me with a strong foundation in research methodologies, data analysis, and public health principles. Additionally, I earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Aga Khan University in Pakistan, where I gained in-depth knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare management, and clinical research. To further enhance my skills, I have completed certifications in UX Design’s basic understanding modules and ICP GCP (International Conference on Harmonisation – Good Clinical Practice).
I am currently enrolled in a UX/UI Professional Certification course, which is deepening my expertise in user experience and interface design. These academic qualifications and certifications equip me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in healthcare, research, and user experience design.
