I am a very enthusiastic, bubbly and well-presented worker looking to begin a fulfilling career in aged care administration services. I am passionate in providing support to the community I live in and make an impact on those around me. The current skills I would bring to the position are my very extensive background in support roles; these have been primarily in supporting independent living amongst a clientele within a broad range of disabilities and individual needs.
I have always had a passion for support services and would ideally like to pursue a career in the administration side of aged care giving a greater sense of fulfilment to my life. My role as a support worker has strengthened my skills in various transferable ways such as, high paced work environments, working under pressure and multitasking. I have had the opportunity to undergo training within the handling of sensitive information and how to de-escalate situations.
A key focus within my roles have been administrative management of shift notes, appointments and care plans for the individual. Working within this position has taught me safety critical skills handling medical equipment and emergencies. I am easily adaptable and believe my background would be a valuable addition to your team.
I have my own reliable transport and am willing to obtain a police check or any necessary requirements for this role.
