My name is Kaneisha Jade Browne, and I am a 21-year-old First Nations woman of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background. I recently completed a Diploma of Government through the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program, where I developed strong skills in communication, administration, and working within government systems. I am currently working with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as a Senior Participant Support Officer, supporting participants to access services and navigate processes with care and professionalism.
