Prosthetic & Orthotic Technician at The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne (2023-01 – 2025-12)
Manufacturing of high quality Prosthetic and Orthotic devices for children. Often requiring out for the box thinking to meet requirements for patients. Jobs included carbon fibre lamination, plastic moulding, machining, metal working.
Involved working closely with clinicians and technicians to produce devices that would improve day to day life for children. Problem solving and out-of-the-box we're often needed in order to meet specific design requirements. Proficiency and knowledge of a vast array of machine tools was also required.
Landscape Labourer at Bradnam & Co. Landscapes (2022-01 – 2023-12)
Working within a small team on high end residential landscaping projects. At times required to be self directed and unsupervised on site. This involved planning and problem solving in order to meet client needs and liaising with other trades in order to complete work within an appropriate time frame. Quick development and honing of new skills was supported by my astute attention to detail and hard work ethic.
Electronic Warfare Specialist at Royal New Zealand Navy (2019-01 – 2022-12)
Involved working in a high stress environment that required flexibility and adaptability at short notice.
Responsibilities included working within a team to meet specific outcomes in order to benefit the ship and providing intimate knowledge of ships and aircraft to assist command in warfighting capability. Assisting with the distribution of daily information on board the ship has allowed me to gain a better understanding of how various departments work together in order to have a combined output. This also improved my computer proficiency. Other roles included maintenance of external ship appearance, including rust treatment, sanding and painting, some working at heights, as well as general ship husbandry.
Retail Assistant at Farro Fresh Grey Lynn (2018-01 – 2018-12)
Interacting with customers on a daily basis and assisting with their needs. Also involved ordering and maintaining stock levels for various products.

Working at large scale catering events and functions has taught me to remain calm in busy situations whilst also ensuring fast and efficient work that is still to a high quality.
