• Managed the hotel trade payables system during IHG rebranding to new Holiday Inn brand. Operating license was granted upon successful inspection by the international team.
• Managed to contribute to the achievement of 30% cost of sale target in the food and beverage department by monitoring stock movements and proper reconciliation of trade payables accounts by matching invoices to orders and supplier statements.
