As a skilled Physiotherapist, my objective is to provide effective patient care through advanced physiotherapy techniques, orthopedic manual therapy, and natural rehabilitation methods. I have approximately 25 years of practical experience, with expertise in managing conditions such as sciatica, L4-L5 and S1 disc problems, lower back pain, and nerve-related pain. My treatment approach focuses on physiotherapy, specific exercises, manual therapy, and non-surgical rehabilitation methods, with the aim of improving patients' mobility and quality of life without relying on medicines, injections, or surgical procedures whenever appropriate.
I have also gained valuable knowledge and experience through my family background, where my grandfather was a renowned wrestler and Hakim (traditional healer), whose practical experience and healing knowledge have been a source of guidance for me. My goal is to reduce patients' pain, restore their physical function, and help them return to a healthier and more active lifestyle.
