I bring 21 years’ experience in high-volume, high-sensitivity environments (NSW Government social housing), where accuracy, confidentiality and clean records aren’t “nice to have” they’re non-negotiable.
In my recent roles with Homes NSW, I maintained and updated tenant records across a portfolio supporting 1,500+ tenancies, handled complex client matters, and ensured data integrity in the HOMES database. As a Data Analyst, I produced 30+ KPI reports each month plus ad hoc requests, running QA checks and building Excel macros to automate reporting and reduce errors.
I’m comfortable working remotely and across multiple tools including Microsoft 365, Excel (intermediate/advanced), Microsoft Access (intermediate/advanced), Teams/SharePoint, Slack, Zoom and Notion. I’m also experienced in organising information for quick retrieval and working to strict confidentiality requirements.
