I have grown up in Cornwall with a family that runs their own business, this has meant that I am self motivated, hard working and am a great team player. I am currently at University studying Equine Vet nursing in my third year of a four year degree.

Year out Placement at Bourton Vale Equine Clinic (2025-07 – 2026-08)

All day to day duties within a Vet clinic including prepping for surgeries, bandage changing, catheter placement.

Shop Assistant at Pengenna Pasties (2024-05 – 2024-09)

Serving customers in this busy shop.

Barista at Boscastle Farm Shop and Restaurant (2021 – 2023)

Making all drinks orders quickly and efficiently including smoothies, coffee etc. Taking orders, running food, cleaning tables as well as working on the deli counter.

Waitress at Rocket Store Seafood Restaurant (2022 – 2023)

Waitressing, taking orders, explaining menu as these change daily and well as advising on wine pairing. Making cocktails and deserts as well as clearing tables.

Factory Worker at Tregida Ltd - Smokehouse and Fish Production Unit (2017 – 2023)

My Parents owned this business and I worked in the factory working my way up from the bottom in all areas of the business from office work to packing fish, shucking scallops, taking and processing orders as well as cleaning, I have in house training in all areas of Food Hygiene.

Pot Washer / Waitress / Bar Staff at Wilsey Down Pub (2017 – 2021)

I started as a pot washer and worked my way up to waitressing and then behind the bar. This is a very busy pub and taught me how to deal with customers both in taking orders and dealing with any problems that arise.
