Lighting Engineer -

• Developing full-scale technical lighting design solutions spanning diverse applications, primarily industrial, commercial, educational, roadway, sports and general exterior.
• Consulting on D&C and lighting retrofit regarding compliance to lighting standards at various stages of the project.
• Expediating R&D of luminaires, strategizing product development and engineering upgrades, and improvements to existing luminaires to suit the industry dynamics and specialized project requirements
• Facilitating product testing to ensure luminaires adhere to the national electrical regulations, and consolidating all relevant documentations
• Substantiating lighting solution feasibility in terms of Return on Investment and Energy Savings Scheme documentation.
• Organizing timely product approval for Energy Savings Scheme
• Quality Assurance of incoming product stock
• Troubleshooting luminaire operation issues when detected and rectifying if feasible under the available in-house resources.
• Support sales team by delivering technical presentations to clients and attending project workshops and compliance meetings
• Support training and development of sales team through product demonstrations and technical discussions
