I graduated from Griffith University in Australia in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of International Relations. I am an Associate Lawyer in the Capital Markets and Corporate Team at MinterEllison, a multinational law and professional services firm, based in Australia.
I have substantial experience in merges and acquisitions, finance, compliance and risk matters. In my current role, I advise clients on corporate governance, financial transactions, anti-money laundering matters, privacy and regulatory investigations, capital fundraising and listing on the Australian Stock Exchange. I have undertaken client secondments to the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Australia’s largest retail bank, and the Clean Energy Finance Corporation, an Australian Government-owned corporation.
