Experience

I worked with The Good Shepherd Home (Townsville) Environment Servies, February 2013 - September 2015. Cleaning residents' room/bathroom. Laundry collecting, sorting, folding and delivering. Kitchen includes preparing food delivering meals making morning/afternoon tea. Then becoming cook.

The Good Shepherd Home: Residential Care Assistant, September 2015 - December 2023. I supported resident with their personal care and assist them with daily needs. I enjoyed collaborating with my resident and giving them the support and help to see them happy, show them the respect and let them know that it was their home.

Life Without Barries. December 2023 - February 2025 My role includes visiting clients in their own home, help with personal cares, cleaning of their home, taking them to their appointments or shopping. If they had a partner or family member looking after them, I also did respite with clients in their home.

Since being in the Northern Territory, I have travelled from the rural Areas to the inter-city. Meeting with many diverse culture's males and females, aging from 55 to 98 years young. I was also involved in social group outing once a week.
