We have successfully deputed/placed our resources on projects for our various principals throughout the Asia Pacific Region especially in countries like Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand etc.
-> Involved in end to end process of recruitment delivery.
-> Interacting requirements and getting positions closed on time.
-> Sourcing profiles through various channels like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Preliminary screening and sharing matching profiles with Technical Panel, coordinating with Tech panels, Hiring Managers and candidates for interview schedules, follow up till closure and post closure follow up till the offered candidates get on board.
-> Used to participate in daily & weekly recruitment meetings and providing status updates.
-> Used to Maintain Compliance & Quality.
-> Used to do documentation and offer process for selected without any discrepancy and maintain SLA of 5-6 working days.
