We are looking for a Backend Developer with solid JavaScript and TypeScript skills and at least one year of professional experience. You will primarily work on server-side systems, but we also expect you to be comfortable jumping into frontend tasks when needed. We value people who learn fast, keep up with modern tools, and are not afraid to use AI to work smarter and ship better software.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have a proper home office setup with a reliable internet connection and a stable electricity supply. Frequent connectivity issues or power outages that affect availability during working hours will not be acceptable.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
• Handle caching and session management using Redis
• Implement message queuing with tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Jump into frontend tasks using React or similar frameworks when required
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with the team
• Support deployment and CI/CD pipelines
• Use AI tools and assistants to speed up development and improve output quality

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional backend development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js, Fastify, or NestJS
• Working knowledge of Redis for caching and queuing
• Familiarity with message queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Ability to work on frontend tasks using React or Vue when needed
• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries
• Understanding of REST API design and HTTP principles
• Experience with Git for version control
• A fast learner who picks up new technologies quickly and adapts without much hand-holding
• Comfortable using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar to boost productivity
