We're seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. As a DevOps Engineer at Tenbyte, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our high-performance infrastructure.
Own the design, implementation, and delivery of application infrastructure
Develop and operate applications for Kubernetes Clusters and High Availability systems
Collaborate closely with our engineering team to implement High Availability, Increase Reliability, and scale our infrastructureContribute to our diverse tech stack, including Golang, React, PHP, PostgreSQL, Redis, JWT-based authentication systems, and related modern web technologies.
Deploy updates, fixes, and provide technical support
Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience
Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
Collaborate with software developers to ensure development follows established processes
Plan and participate in project management decisions
2+ years of experience in DevOps engineering role
Proficiency with Kubernetes and its ecosystem (Helm, Dashboard, Kompose, Prometheus, Envoy, Weave)
Strong experience with Docker, Docker Swarm, and Docker Compose
Solid understanding of microservice architecture and deployments
Expertise in Linux/Unix administration with OS and hardware-level optimizations
Experience with automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Salt)
Strong knowledge of code repository systems (Github, Bitbucket, Git workflows)
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP)
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies
Experience handling large-scale databases
Skill in monitoring EFK, Kubernetes health, and maintaining production-grade SLAs
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other public clouds
Knowledge of API Management, API Proxies, and API routing
Understanding of multi-cloud / hybrid cloud environments
Expertise in platform monitoring and incident management tools
VPC, TCP/UDP, SSL, HTTP, NAT
Must have knowledge of WordPress (deployment, hosting, performance, and security)
