This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role located in Uttara Model Town. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing construction projects, supervising on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.
Tasks include preparing detailed engineering plans, conducting site inspections, collaborating with team members, and ensuring project deliverables are met within specified timelines and budgets.
The role requires problem-solving, technical proficiency, and active participation in project discussions with stakeholders.
Strong technical skills including Structural Design, Civil Engineering principles, and CAD software proficiency
Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and execution of engineering projects, as well as adhering to regulatory safety standards
Proficiency in Site Inspection, Maintenance Scheduling, and Quality Control
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
Professional certifications in civil or structural engineering are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
Prior experience in infrastructure or bridge construction projects is preferred
