Flutter Developer

Joldisoft LLC is expanding its core engineering team! We are building cutting-edge, enterprise-grade software solutions and startup SaaS products across high-impact industries including Fintech, Logistics, Ride-sharing, and Pharma .

We are looking for a sharp, driven Flutter Developer with 3 to 4 years of solid experience who can take full ownership of mobile app lifecycles, leverage advanced AI coding tools, and build robust systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Development: Build high-performance cross-platform apps using Flutter, Dart, and GetX .
• API & Backend Integration: Seamlessly handle complex backend communication and RESTful APIs.
• CI/CD & Release Management: Manage GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (TestFlight).
• AI-Assisted Engineering: Rapidly build, test, and optimize code utilizing modern AI tools like Claude Code and Codex.
• Diverse Projects: Work on scalable products ranging from ride-hailing suites to fintech platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3–4 years of proven mobile app development experience.
• Tech Stack: Expert in Flutter, GetX, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and store release pipelines.
• AI Proficiency: Strong practical experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to boost productivity.
• Work Arrangement: Initially remote, with occasional collaboration and work required at our office near Gulshan-1, Dhaka .
