Full-Stack Developer — Laravel & Cloud Systems

About the role

We build ride-hailing, taxi dispatch, food and parcel delivery, and multi-vendor marketplace platforms for clients across 15+ countries, alongside our own SaaS products. We are hiring an experienced Full-Stack Developer who understands system architecture deeply, works AI-first, ships within committed timelines, and owns projects end to end without supervision.

This is not an entry-level role. You must have already built and deployed production systems in this category.

Mandatory requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Laravel and PHP
• A portfolio containing at least two live, production-deployed projects in on-demand logistics, dispatch, delivery, or marketplace systems — links required with your application
• Deep understanding of software architecture: database design, API structure, caching, queue systems, and scalability decisions
• Strong AI-assisted development expertise — you use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor as a daily working tool, write effective prompts, and ship significantly faster because of it
• Proven Linux VPS management (Contabo, Hetzner, AWS), Nginx/Apache, SSL, DNS, and deployment pipelines
• Experience integrating payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave), Google Maps Platform APIs, WebSockets, and Firebase
• Working knowledge of Node.js and React.js — enough to build, patch, and extend features confidently
• Ability to consistently deliver within committed deadlines
• Must reside in or near Dhaka to attend the weekly in-person sync
• BYOD — a high-performance development laptop is required

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices using Laravel, PHP, and MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Design system architecture for new client platforms from requirements to deployment
• Customize, reskin, and deploy existing platforms on tight delivery cycles
• Handle server provisioning, configuration, and CI/CD independently
• Build and extend frontend features using React.js or Node.js where required
• Use AI tooling throughout the development cycle to accelerate coding, automate repetitive work, and debug complex issues
• Commit clean, documented code daily to the company GitHub organization

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) into production applications
• Vue.js or basic Flutter awareness
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Redis, queue workers, and real-time systems at scale
