Full-Stack Software Engineer (Python or Node.js)

Please read the requirements first. If you don’t meet the requirements, please don’t apply. We read every application, and we’d rather get ten good ones than three hundred random ones.

This is a software engineering job. It is not a machine learning or data science job. We don’t train models. We build web products, and we use AI coding tools to build them fast.

You must have:

• At least 3 years of full-time work as a software developer, in an office. Remote-only experience doesn’t count here.
• Strong data structures and algorithms. A Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode or ICPC history is a big plus.
• Real backend work with Python (Django or FastAPI) or Node.js (NestJS or Express), on PostgreSQL or MySQL. Python/Django is a plus, because our main products run on it.
• You can run what you build. Linux servers, deploys, backups, logs, basic security.
• You use AI coding tools every day, and you can tell when the AI is wrong.
• Good prompting. You turn a rough idea into clear steps, and the AI gets it right the first time, not the fifth.
• Good context handling. You know what the AI needs to see: the right files, rules, examples and limits. You keep it clean in a big codebase, so the AI stays sharp in long sessions.
• You have built a real product mostly by directing AI agents like Claude Code or Cursor. You can show us your prompts, your project instructions, and how you checked the work.
• Clear written English.

The job

We build our own products. Buy or Block, a follow-up CRM. Affpilot. Winning Seller. More are on the way.

I’ll give you a short brief. Three lines. Sometimes less.

You work out the rest. What should it do? Where will users get stuck? What breaks when 10,000 people use it? You think about that before I ask.

You own it from start to finish. Database, server, UI, deploy, bug fixes.

No long specs. No hand-holding.

You’ll do well here if

• You’d rather ship than talk about shipping.
• You notice the small detail that makes people trust a product.
• You review the AI’s code the way you’d review a junior’s pull request.
