We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our on-site team in Gulshan. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and comfortable working directly with users, systems, and physical IT infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, user support, system maintenance, and ensuring stable and secure IT services across the organization and client environments.
Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, software, and network systems
Provide timely technical assistance via phone, email, chat, and in-person support
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, printers, CCTV systems, and internet connections
Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, operating systems, and network connectivity
Perform routine maintenance such as data backups, antivirus updates, and patch management
Maintain and update network documentation, technical reports, and IT records
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and IT assets
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, warranty claims, and technical support
Ensure data security and support compliance with company IT policies
Support inventory management processes and systems
Be willing to work during holidays if required for operational support
Maintain a positive attitude toward physical, hands-on IT-related work
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting
Good understanding of Windows OS, basic server administration, and networking fundamentals
Experience with Active Directory user and permission management
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, printers, CCTV, and internet connectivity
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working in IT services companies or multi-client environments
Familiarity with IT asset and inventory management systems
Exposure to enterprise or multi-branch infrastructure setups
