Python Developer — Internal Systems & Automation

Read this carefully.

We’re hiring a Python Developer to help accelerate a small 3-person engineering team inside Hoski, a 40+ person growth agency.

This is for someone who has been coding since they were a kid.

Someone who builds because they can’t help it.

Someone who is tired of slow corporate environments, pointless meetings, weak teammates, and work that doesn’t matter.

We’re building internal software products that create leverage across the company:

AI systems
scrapers
automations
internal tools
lead intelligence systems
reporting infrastructure
eventually, standalone products

The team is small. The pace is fast. The standards are high. If you want to work on cool shit with sharp people, and you actually care about how good your teammates are, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help us build faster.

That means

writing Python
building scrapers
working with APIs
automating manual work
improving internal tools
debugging broken systems
supporting AI workflows
shipping useful software quickly

Some work will be clean and scoped. Some work will be messy.

We need someone who can figure things out and keep moving.

Compensation

Initial compensation starts at $1,000 USD/month. TO START.

As the systems we build create value and productivity gains, compensation will grow alongside responsibility and output.

The people who help build the foundation of these products will have the opportunity to grow with the company long term.
