Nextgen Innovation Ltd. is seeking two skilled and experienced Python Developers to join our Team UK. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an international environment and contribute to impactful projects while operating remotely.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

💼 Required Expertise

Candidates should possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

• Advanced Python programming
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• RESTful API development and integration
• Frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Version control systems (Git)
• Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international team environment
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or microservices architecture will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
