We’re building next-generation, AI-powered business platforms — and we need a Senior Backend Developer who can take our systems to the next level. You’ll design scalable, secure, multi-tenant backend architectures, integrate Agentic AI workflows with OpenAI APIs, and build real-time, intelligent systems that connect seamlessly with ReactJS & Flutter frontends.

If you’ve worked on calling systems, Twilio, or social media APIs (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram) and love AI-driven automation, this role is made for you.

to deliver seamless, AI-powered experiences.

• Mentor junior developers and drive
• *architecture & design decisions**

Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on

• *AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS)**

• *Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• Strong expertise in Java and the Spring Framework
• Solid understanding and experience with Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with database management, API design, and deployment practices
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
• *Nice to Have
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Event-driven architectures, message queues, real-time streaming.
• AI voice platforms:
