• Provide daily technical (hardware and software) support to all departments. Monitor switches and routers and work with vendors to schedule maintenance.
• Investigate and resolve issues with Windows operating systems, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, email and networks. Supervise and maintain DVR/NVR, camera troubleshooting and CCTV systems.
• Maintain network security, antivirus and data backup, Assisted in hardware repair, Software installation & network setup.
