• Prepare field plan in line with project target for effective implementation of the field activities in targeted project location and area with the consultation of supervisor.
• Assist to organize different training/orientation/workshop on community mobilization & awareness training on different issues especially on community engagement on countering violent extremism.
• Organize on different community level events, courtyard meeting as per project guideline.
• Good working relation with local govt. institutes, educational institutes, NGOs and other development Agencies.
• Provide correct information, data and fill up formats.
• Prepare reports and send to Project Manager.
• Maintain professional good relationship with local community, civil society, Religious leaders, Power structure and concern Govt. agencies.
• Other responsibilities assigned by organization
