A passionate Skills Development Professional, Public Speaker, and Debater with a strong interest in the development sector, corporate dynamics, and financial systems. I specialize in leadership and soft skills training, youth engagement, and capacity building. As a youth mobilizer and corporate & finance enthusiast, I am committed to empowering young people, strengthening professional competencies, and contributing to sustainable social and economic development.

A development sector professional with experience in skills development, youth leadership, and training facilitation. Currently serving as an Executive in the Skills Development Program at Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre (BYLC) under the EKP-funded project, contributing to program coordination, youth capacity building, and stakeholder engagement.

Also experienced as a Soft Skills Trainer in the USAID Bijoyee Project, delivering training on communication, leadership, and workplace readiness. With a strong background in debate, public speaking, and extracurricular leadership, I am passionate about empowering youth, promoting ethical leadership, and bridging skills for both the development and corporate sectors.
