• DCS Operation (Yokogawa Controller): Operate entire Ammonia plant from control room — monitor pressure, temperature, flow, level, vibration, and lube oil parameters. Respond to alarms and trips in real time.
• Benfield Section (CO₂ Removal): Prepare and mix K₂CO₃, DEA, and V₂O₅ in precise proportions for efficient CO₂ removal.
• Field Operation: Perform routine plant rounds (every 2 hours), monitor fired heaters, vessels, pipelines, rotating equipment. Log all parameters.
• Pre-commissioning & Commissioning: Actively involved in loop checking, flushing, pneumatic testing, catalyst loading, N₂ purging, steam blowing, turbine rolling, and post-turnaround start-ups.
