• Satisfying guest needs and exceeding guest expectations.

• Guiding Motivating and developing housekeeping staff • Attending and conduct pre-shift briefings with management in absence of Exec. Housekeeper.

• Maintain the housekeeping log book.

• Ensuring that all guest requests are attended to in a very timely fashion.

Housekeeping Senior Supervisor The Palace Luxury Resort, Bahubal, Bangladesh September 2016 to August 2018 Duty & responsibility: ✓ Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, orderliness and appearance in hotel by planning, organizing, directing and controlling the housekeeping operations. ✓ Ensure all hotel cleanliness standards are maintained by doing inspections of the rooms and entire property on a continuous basis & guide the others supervisor. ✓ Hold the departmental morning meeting. ✓ Take weekly and monthly inventory counts in order to monitor and control all departmental expenses. ✓ Coordinate the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms & P/A. ✓ Recommend repairs and maintenance projects. ✓ Monitor closely the condition and maintenance of all accommodation and P/A. ✓ Coach and train the housekeeping staff on a continuous basis.
