I am working in development sector more than 8.8 years especially in the field of Nutrition, SRHR, Maternal and Child health, Human Rights Youth leadership, Youth Economic Empowerment, Child rights, Child protection, Violence against women, Gender, reduce child marriage, Job replacement, sustainable agriculture, community capacity building, develop CSO, CBO, LGI envelopment and good Governance related projects with National NGOs. I have sound knowledge and experience on Manage training program, situation assessment, development program planning, implementation, Monitoring, advocacy networking, and interpersonal communication to different participatory development approaches. I am capable to staff management and facilitate training. I am also capable to communicate in both Bengali and English language. Beside that I have highly skilled in computer & internet and capable to work under pressure with a positive team spirit.

I have honed my skills in programmed planning, implementation, coordination, management, documentation, research and monitoring. Beside these, I have the proven ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and establish effective communication in both Bangla and English as required for this position. My diverse experience includes working in Nutrition , SRHR, Maternal and Child health, Family planning, Human rights, Youth Economic Empowerment, Violence against women, Gender, Child Rights, Child marriage and Good Governance related projects with National NGOs. I have extensively and successfully handled high level missions and visits in my working areas. Produced reports, managed documentation and monitoring systems. I also have a valid motorcycle driving license that allows my mobility with ease. I am highly skilled in computer & internet and highly appreciate Training program. • At present I am successfully implementing “Strengthening Young and Adult Multipliers in Bangladesh (AHIMSA)’’ Project in the post of Project Coordinator (PC) at Birganj & Bochaganj upazila, Dinajpur. 
• In my 08.08 year career, I have conducted a huge training program, technical support, and advocacy with the Government service holder and beneficiaries.
• I have 6 years direct working experience with staff capacity building. 
• I have good knowledge on Nutrition, SRHR, MCH, Youth economic empowerment, Leadership, Stop child marriage, Gender, Life skill, Socio culture, Health and Economic development. 
• Have a good hand on project implementation , report writing, storytelling and staff supervision.
