Humanitarian professional with over 5 years of experience in project implementation, handling protection cases, conducting resettlement interviews, interpretation/translation, ECD and MEAL programs in Cox’s Bazar. Skilled in training module development, event arrangement, stakeholder engagement, training facilitation, facilitating referrals, and capacity building for staff.
I have over five years of professional experience working in humanitarian and development contexts in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh, with a strong focus on protection, refugee resettlement, project coordination, and community-based programming. I have managed individual protection cases, conducted refugee resettlement interviews under the US Refugee Admissions Program, and provided interpretation and translation services for legal, medical, and protection processes. My experience includes coordinating donor-funded projects (ILO), supervising and mentoring field teams, facilitating trainings, and liaising with UN agencies, government authorities, and implementing partners. I have also worked extensively in ECD and MEAL programs, ensuring data quality, compliance with SOPs, and evidence-based reporting. Throughout my career, I have consistently applied international protection principles, national legal standards, and ethical practices to deliver accountable, rights-based humanitarian services.
I hold a Master of Laws (LLM) from Chittagong Independent University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from International Islamic University Chittagong. My legal education provided a strong foundation in international refugee law, protection principles, and national legal frameworks, which I apply directly in protection case management, access to justice, and refugee resettlement work. I have also completed specialized training in International Refugee Law and International Protection with UNHCR, strengthening my practical understanding of rights-based humanitarian programming.
