I have 17 years of working experience in the humanitarian and development field at home and abroad. Working for,Samaj Kollyan O Unnoyon Shongshtha (SKUS) Unicef funded project, as a Senior Technical Officer-Basic Education from December 01, 2022 to till now. Worked for Plan International Bangladesh as a Technical Officer-Youth Engagement from August 26, 2018 to November 30, 2018 and TO - Basic Education from December 01, 2018 to September 27, 2020 in EiE, Cox’s Bazart.
From September 28, 2020 working as a TO -ECCD and I was camp 3 education sectors focal from 2019 to November 2020 and acted as a TO -ECCD at the host community from December 2020 to December 2021. In my previous role as a Senior Sector Specialist (Quality assurance manager) in BRAC Afghanistan and the BRAC Education Program in Bangladesh. I was responsible for quality development, project report writing, need assessment preparing and taking approval, making event report, writing case stories, developing progress reports, materials development, training facilitation, conflict management, and supervision of support implementing partners.
I have demonstrated operation, leadership, and coordination skills last 17 years while I implemented NGO institutional donor-funded projects. I completed a Master of Social Science in Political Science from National University in 1998. I have 18 days professional communicative English from BRAC University, 12 days of training on "Children with Special Needs" and 6 days of training on Assistive Devices for Disable Children from CDD Bangladesh, 6 days training on GBV from BRAC Education Program, 5 days training on Teachers in Crisis Context (TiCC) organized by UNICEF, Cox’s Bazar, 5 days training on Child protection and safeguarding from Plan International Bangladesh.
