Senior Manager (Promoted) – Engineering Department

Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa | Oct 2019 to Continue

• Lead end-to-end engineering operations for a 493-room luxury beachfront resort integrated with a large-scale theme & water park across a 17-acre property, ensuring uninterrupted operations, asset reliability, and premium guest experience standards.
• Direct the operation, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of critical engineering infrastructure, including HVAC systems (1200 TR capacity), power distribution networks, substations, generators, water treatment plants, booster pump systems, swimming pool filtration systems, and utility services.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for resort facilities, and utility infrastructure, significantly reducing equipment downtime and improving asset lifecycle performance.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering workforce of 96+ personnel, strengthening operational efficiency, technical capability, safety culture, and team performance through training, supervision, and workforce planning.
• Execute major renovation, refurbishment, and capital engineering projects with minimal disruption to resort operations while maintaining five-star hospitality service standards.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, water quality, and regulatory standards across resort operations, successfully supporting internal and external audit requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional departments to support strategic planning, sustainability initiatives, operational excellence, and long-term asset management objectives.
