I have more than 20 years of experience in financial sector and designed many Financial architecture for establishing internal control and compliance on financial management, specially for SOPs. I have strong knowledge in capital management, assets liability management for Banks, product performance and pricing mechanisms to support business judgement. I have hands-on experience of working in every sphere of Finance Functions in an organisation including GL structuring, tax management, stakeholders management, Cost management, regulatory compliance , Financial n regulatory Reporting, risk management, Business planning n analysis etc.
I have also experience in designing complex financial n capital instruments in accordance with the need of the Bank. I have also very good business sense to understand the business viability and growth which are indispensable for making any business or commercial decision.
