- Provide leadership for the guarding project between G4S Secure Solution and US Embassy in Dares Salaam.
- Manage the performance of all aspects of the guarding contract and make sure that all personnel under my project are performing as required. Supply them with all tools required for their performance including occurrence books. Ensured 27/7 guard to all US Embassy facilities and personnel.
- Oversee the operations, manage cost for the project and manage recruitments including background check.
- Manage the organization's security and procedures. Study security trends and triggers. Report the development and likelihood after analyzing available data.
- Manage training including organizing all training and making sure all personnel adhere to the rules, principles, standard operating procedures and company values. Make sure all personnel are equipped with counter terrorism measure. Made sure all personnel are acquainted with local and international laws with maximum adherence.
- Prepared a well succession plan whereby all posts had at least two contingent personnel to take over in case there is a vacant post.
- Review security protocols to make sure that Embassy Staff Members, visitors and contractors are protected.
- Conduct incident investigations, prepare investigation reports and recommendations.
- Prepare the annual security budget for the project make sure the project is well equipped with uniforms, vehicles, fuel for vehicles, maintenance cost, office costs and other related costs.
- Conduct security and risk assessment and ensure strategic planning for security and risk management. Ensure that the US Embassy has all necessary security information.
- Liaise with the US Embassy, Government agencies, Law enforcement agencies, security institutions and agencies for all security related issues. Find mitigation measures and enhance security.
- Coordination on all aspect of guarding project including training, vetting, government issues, uniforms, payment and procurement.
- Conduct yearly security audit and self-assessment make sure all procedures are followed, working tools are intact and nothing is missing
- Respond to any emergency update emergency protocol and liaise with emergency providers for service in case of emergency. Ensure all emergency tools are working properly. Review emergency plans and procedures. Prepared a workable contingency plan.

- Conducted hotel assessments for Dar es Salaam and other cities to ascertain best hotel for VIP's from Canada.
- Conduct Residential assessment and the chancery to ascertain Residential Minimum Security Standards required for every staff quarter based on the security level. Install security features to meet the standard.
- Liaise with Government agencies and Law enforcement agencies in any issue related to security. Prepare note verbale and follow up for implementations.
- Supervised the performance of security, ensure strict adherence to the policies and procedures of the Embassy and ensured the Embassy personnel adhere to the local laws and international laws.

- Control Center Operations: Respond to all calls and react accordingly, supervise the performance of security duties, identifying the scene of incident as displayed on the fire panel, and sending the emergency response team for confirmation. I also disseminate the information appropriately and supervise the operation while monitoring CCTV to identify any possible security breach.
- Security Assessment: Assessing the security situation to allow or deny the coming of detainees, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and providing timely advice and recommendations to mitigate any security risks.
- Pass and ID: Performing Pass and ID duties, such as preparing and adding new staff members in the security system, issuing badges for new staff members, extending expired badges based on the contract, cancelling and blocking expired and missing badges.
- Key Custodian: Serving as a custodian of keys by issuing keys for staff members, keeping records of issued and unissued keys, and ensuring their proper use and storage.
- Emergency Response: Responding to all emergencies such as bomb threats, fire, accidents, and other critical incidents. I also document the details of each event in a comprehensive report.

- Perform Desk Officer duties including monitoring and observing CCTV cameras for any possible threat, being the custodian of the key by keeping and issuing keys when needed, receiving, recording and acting appropriately to information received through phones.
