As Head of Support at ArrowNet, I lead the technical team for one of Sylhet's top broadband providers. I oversee network operations, infrastructure development, and backend issue resolution. My responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Mikrotik routers, switches, PoPs, PABX servers, and OLT devices.
Worked on the global brands like Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper. I have also managed technical documentation, trained junior staff, monitored bandwidth via CACTI, and led strategic meetings to enhance system efficiency for customer satisfaction. I am an expert on LAN networks, as I have worked on the LAN side for almost four(4) years.
My interest is in operating the WAN side like IIG, NTTN or IGW. Also, I keep my interest in learning new skills, and I am an automation wizard.

At S TECH, I serve as a mentor, guiding students through real-world networking based on my experience in Broadband Industry. I've trained aspiring engineers in configuring and maintaining MikroTik routers, switching, Protocols, OLT/MC Networks, Fiber troubleshooting, along with issues an ISP faced. I've helped design practical labs that simulate ISP environments and prepared students for certifications like CCNA and MTCNA.
Beyond technical skills, I offer mentorship in career development, including interview prep and job readiness. Many of my mentees now work in ISPs and tech firms, applying the hands-on knowledge gained at S TECH.
