Experience above 8 years, Product development and Final inspection experienced in Jacket included Seam sealing Jacket (2 &2.5L )Padded and Down Jacket (Real & synthetic), CWS bonded jacket, Soft-shell Woven- Knit wear, Sportswear.Knowledge in Block,Bulk.In addition, rolled as Internal auditor for FPA & MPA.CAP management in term of QA & Packing (Fish-bone & 5 WHY),
Ensure maintenance of utmost quality and customer's specifications throughout the production process. Conduct Final inspection with confirming Packing list docs Provide technical advice and solutions to factories to improve productivity.I have successfully completed Certified factory technician program under VFA-TNF.Sound knowledge in Outerwear Tops and Bottoms (Padded/quilted/seam sealing/Down Jacket) production methodologies.Conduct monthly technical audit (Factory process audit & Mold prevention audit).
