With over 21 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Administration, including 11 years in managerial roles across various international and national organizations, I have overseen more than 600 staff members. My expertise spans HR strategy, planning, budgeting, monitoring, manpower analysis, and periodic reporting for prominent donor agencies such as USAID, the EU, FCDO, and SIDA. Throughout my career, I have actively engaged with the INGOHR network and international agencies, fostering strong collaborations as an HR business partner on programmatic cross-cutting issues like Social Inclusion & Gender, Resilience, and Social Accountability.
These efforts have been pivotal in the development of marginalized and impoverished communities in Bangladesh. In addition, I have extensive experience in managing HR operations in various fragile contexts in Bangladesh, including the SIDR cyclone in 2008, the North mass flood in 2018, and the Rohingya crisis in Cox’s Bazar in 2017. My responsibilities in these situations included recruiting national staff and volunteers, ensuring the safety and well-being of emergency personnel, and building capacity to foster resilient communities.
