Rahman, a BBA student majoring in Human Resource Management at Independent University, Bangladesh. I have hands-on experience in HR operations, business management, and customer relations through my role as Co-Director of Ornima Fashion. I’m skilled in MS Office tools and data analysis using Excel and SPSS. I’m passionate about developing my career in HR and business strategy, with a focus on building strong teams and improving organizational efficiency. I’m eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic organization where I can apply both my analytical and creative skills.

As the Manager of Ornima Fashion, I have gained practical experience in managing business operations, financial flow, and inventory control. I oversee daily store activities, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a small team to achieve sales and operational goals. This experience has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, while helping me understand the importance of teamwork, efficiency, and customer relations in business success.

Through this role, I’ve developed a strong foundation in management and business strategy that I aim to apply in a corporate environment.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Human Resource Management at Independent University, Bangladesh. My coursework and training have provided a strong foundation in HR practices, organizational behavior, and business management. I’ve also completed practical training in Excel and Power BI, and gained hands-on experience using SPSS for data analysis.
